Studio Nartë is a practicing architecture studio in Tirana. Since 2013 we have delivered 140 projects across housing, offices, education, hospitality and public buildings, taking most of them from first sketch through permit, tender and site.
Doing that work for a decade left us with something that turned out to be more valuable than any single building: a production floor that can carry a set from LOD 100 to a signed-off construction issue without drama. Orthograph exists because European practices kept asking whether we would do that part for them.
That history is the whole advantage. A production partner that has never answered an RFI, never watched a detail fail on site, and never had to defend a set to a building inspector will draw what you asked for. We tend to notice what you actually needed.

Why we cost less
Cost of living and local salary levels in Albania, not superior efficiency.
A licensed architect in Tirana is paid a fraction of the equivalent salary in Munich, Amsterdam or Copenhagen, while working to the same codes with the same software. That gap is the entire reason the numbers work, and it is the first thing any buyer suspects. We would rather state it than let you wonder what corner is being cut. Nothing is: the licenses are paid, the architects are registered, and the review is done by a second architect who did not draw the set.
