01Who we are

Orthograph SHPK, registered in Albania under NUIS L42117023K, trading as Orthograph. Our office is at Rruga e Kavajës 132, 4th floor, 1001 Tirana. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this site.

02What we collect

Only what you type into the project form or send us by email. That is your name, work email, practice name, country, the services and timeframe you selected, anything you wrote in the notes field, and any file you chose to attach.

• We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
• We do not run marketing automation against enquiry data.

03Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare an NDA, quote the work and, if you go ahead, run the engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once one exists.

Your consent is recorded separately at the point you submit the form, and it is never pre-ticked or bundled with anything else.

04How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for the period required by Albanian accounting and tax law, and project files are handled under the terms of the NDA and engagement agreement rather than this policy.

05Where it is stored

Enquiry data is stored on servers inside the European Economic Area. Files you attach are stored in our own object storage and are accessible only to the named team handling your enquiry. Devices used to access it are company-managed and encrypted.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. We respond within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

07Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views and referrers in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and does not follow you across other websites.
