01What this page is
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any production work. That is covered by the NDA and the engagement agreement signed before a project starts, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.
02The work we do and do not do
We produce drawings, models and documentation to your instruction, in your template and to your standards. We do not take design authorship, we do not sign or stamp drawings, and we do not submit to authorities. The licensed architect in your jurisdiction remains the architect of record.
03Quotes and proposals
A proposal states the scope, the exclusions, the sheet count, the number of revision rounds, the price and the dates. It is valid for 30 days. Work outside that scope is re-quoted before it is started, never absorbed silently and invoiced later.
04Intellectual property
All deliverables, models and derivative work are assigned to you on payment, with no retained licence and no authorship claim on our side. Nothing you send us is published, shown in a proposal, or used as a reference without your written permission.
05Confidentiality
A mutual NDA is signed before any file moves. Non-solicitation of your clients applies during the engagement and after it. Access to your files is limited to the named team working on your project.
06Liability
You remain the architect of record and carry the design liability. We carry professional indemnity cover for our own production work, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected deliverable, as set out in the engagement agreement.
07Payment and VAT
Fixed-scope projects invoice 40% at kick-off and 60% on delivery, in euros, payable within 14 days. Dedicated teams invoice monthly in advance. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
08This website
Everything shown as our work was designed and documented in-house by Studio Nartë. Drawing extracts have client names, addresses and title blocks removed and are otherwise unaltered. Content on this site is provided as information, not as a warranty of any particular result.
