Every project is quoted individually against the scope you send us. There is no rate card, because a 20-sheet interior set and a 60-sheet mixed-use set are not comparable work.

Where we are not the right fit.

  • We do not take design authorship.
  • We do not sign or stamp drawings.
  • We do not contract directly with your clients.
  • We do not do structural or MEP engineering calculations. We model to your engineers input.

If your project needs any of the above, we will say so on the scope call rather than three weeks into production.
