A process built so you never have to chase us.
Fixed scope, named people, scheduled check-ins, and a quality review before anything reaches your inbox.
Six steps, from first email to delivered set
- 01
NDA
Signed before you send a single file. Your template or ours, mutual by default. No files move until it is in place.
- How long
- Same day
- You receive
- Countersigned NDA, PDF
- 02
Scope call
Thirty minutes. We go through your files, your standards, your template and the date you are working to, and we say plainly which parts we would exclude.
- How long
- Within 48 hours
- You receive
- Written call summary
- 03
Fixed proposal
Scope, exclusions, sheet count, revision rounds, price and dates on one page. If the scope changes later, we re-quote rather than absorb it quietly.
- How long
- Within 2 working days
- You receive
- Fixed proposal and schedule
- 04
Kick-off
We join your ACC, BIM 360 or SharePoint, adopt your template, naming convention and title block, and set up the shared channel.
- How long
- 1–2 days
- You receive
- Access confirmation and file structure
- 05
Production with checkpoints
Interim issues at agreed stages, typically 30% and 70%, so you can correct direction while it is still cheap. No black box.
- How long
- Per programme
- You receive
- Interim issues at each checkpoint
- 06
QA and delivery
A licensed architect who did not produce the set reviews it against a written checklist. Two revision rounds are included in every fixed quote.
- How long
- Before every issue
- You receive
- Native files, PDFs, drawing register, issue sheet
How we stay in touch
Response times are commitments, not aspirations. If we are going to miss one, you hear it from us first.
| Channel | Use for | Response time |
|---|---|---|
| Shared Slack or Teams channel | Day-to-day questions, quick clarifications | Within 4 working hours |
| Formal issues, approvals, change requests | Within 1 working day | |
| Weekly call | Progress, blockers, the coming week | Scheduled, same slot each week |
| Your project hub | File issue and model federation | Live, per your permissions |
We work 09:00 – 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Our public holiday calendar is issued at kick-off so it can be planned around, and cover is arranged in advance for anything that falls inside your programme.
Every set is reviewed before it reaches you
A licensed architect who did not produce the set reviews it against a written checklist. The reviewer signs the issue sheet, so there is always a name attached to the check. Anything that fails goes back into production before the issue leaves the office, not after you find it.

The checklist
- 01Drawing register complete and matched to the issue sheet
- 02Title block, revision letter and issue date correct on every sheet
- 03Dimensions closed, consistent and traceable to the model
- 04Annotation matches the schedules it references
- 05Layer and naming standard applied throughout
- 06Sheet numbering sequential with no gaps
- 07Details cross-referenced in both directions
- 08Model purged, audited and warnings resolved

- You own everything.
- All deliverables, models and derivative work are assigned to you on payment. We claim no authorship over any of it.
- We never approach your clients.

- We do not publish your projects.
- Nothing you send us appears in our portfolio, on this site, or in a proposal without your written permission.
- Your data is handled properly.
- GDPR-compliant processing on company-managed devices. No personal storage, no transfers over messaging apps, access limited to the named team. Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
